Viper Eyeing Joint Venture With LED Company

(FinancialWire via COMTEX) -- March 30, 2012 (FinancialWire) -- Voice-over-internet company Viper Networks Inc. (OTC: VPER) said it expects to enter into a joint venture project next week as part of their final due diligence process with what the company describes as a profitable LED manufacturing company.

Viper has reportedly been in acquisition talks with the unnamed LED manufacturing company since January.

Previously Viper said it had been in merger talks with several U.S.-based firms since early 2012. The now emerging JV candidate reportedly is located in the northeastern part of the United States and specifically provides LED manufacturing capabilities.

This joint venture manufacturing project is expected to commence within days, and promises to expand Viper Networks' potential from their multiple agreements and major alliance with LEDs America, Inc., which includes broad manufacturing rights among other key agreements, including; sales and marketing, global exporting, along with multiple foreign country territorial exclusivity rights, according to Viper.

Viper also said it is involved in other due diligence matters with multiple acquisition candidates, and that it may also release an additional expected closing date regarding another company.

Viper Networks (approx. market cap. US$ 5.3 mil.), provides voice over internet protocol (VoIP) products and services worldwide. It reportedly has a joint venture agreement with Cirilium India Pvt. Ltd. to provide a range of national and international telecom services, including VoIP, calling cards, and pinless accounts. The company was founded in 1983 and is based in Troy, Michigan.
