AeroMechanical Services Releases Annual Report and Video, Conference Call Scheduled

CALGARY, ALBERTA, Apr 10, 2012 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:AMA) (the "Company" or "AMA") today announced it has released is 2011 Annual Report and will host a live conference call to discuss Q4 and yearend results on Wednesday, April 11 at 2:00 pm MDT (4:00 pm EDT).

Bill Tempany, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Tom French, VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer will answer questions about the results on the call. The video will serve as the presentation and the conference call will be a question and answer period only.

AMA's 2011 Annual Report To Shareholders contains the CEO's Message, Management Discussion and Analysis and Financial Statements.
