Wohler Technologies acquires RadiantGrid Technologies

Apr 17, 2012 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Wohler Technologies, Inc. has acquired RadiantGrid Technologies, LLC, a developer of transcoding, transformation, and New Media Automation(TM) service platforms. Both the companies are based in the US.

Wohler Technologies is a manufacturer of in-rack audio and video monitoring solutions for the broadcast, motion picture, and professional audio/visual markets.
