SaaSplaza and Assistance Software Enter Agreement

Apr 19, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Assistance Software and SaaSplaza announced their cooperation on hosting and reselling Assistance PSA for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

SaaSplaza is a Cloud provider that offers the infrastructure to deliver Assistance PSA in the Cloud. By signing the Agreement Assistance Software completes the multiple deployment options of Assistance PSA - on premise, on line and SaaS.

With this agreement, Assistance Software reported it will be able to offer their partners and the partners of SaaSplaza a complete cloud solution for Microsoft CRM 2011, Assistance PSA and Microsoft Exchange with Sharepoint.

According to a release, different options to package the PSA Software Solutions in a complete Microsoft CRM hosted environment are possible. Partners will be invoiced by SaaSplaza at the end of every month, based on the number of registered named users that month.

Assistance Software, Certified Microsoft Gold Partner and ISV, is an IT company focused in the professional services industry.
