Agile Project Management Training Program from PM College Prepares Project Teams to Manage Rapidly Changing Business Demands

Today's sonic pace of business change demands agility. • Agile Project Management and PMI-ACP Prep - intended for teams and project managers at varying stages of agile methodology adoption on how to manage an agile project, this course explores a wide range of techniques and prepares participants to sit for the PMI-ACP exam.

Gartner (News - Alert) predicts that by the end of 2012, agile development methods will be used on 80% of all software development projects - the industry where agile methodology first took root. Even outside this industry, research shows an increasing number of companies looking to agile project management methodology to reign in expenses and improve project outcomes.
