EATEL Selects M4 Solutions for Visual Operations Management

The M4 Solutions software includes comprehensive design and mapping tools, integrated work order, fiber and central office management and various support applications, such as workforce management, services management and CPR integration. The M4 software is designed to map the entire telecom plant facility from the central office to the customer structure. The software then ties each map item back to an individual database record, which is then integrated with the telephone company's existing customer, assignment and billing records.
